So many things have happened in the past week and a half that its hard to even find a spot to begin! Ok, I shall start in order of events! hehe....so organized...
We are officially out of our house, as of the first week of June. So sad...... Since our new house doesn't close till the 30th of June we have a little bit of a limbo period. Now, where are we staying you may ask?! Kali and I stayed with Alyssa and her family for a week, while my dad, mom, and brother were staying in the trailer at our church! Now that my brother is able to get into his apartment, Kali and I are moving into the trailer, small but workable. Here are some pictures of our beloved house, it will be missed.....so many memories......
My empty room.....
Throwing some rose petals while waiting for the newlyweds! hehe
Our local playhouse has been playing Cinderella, so we decided to get tickets for after the wedding on Saturday. By the time the wedding ended, we were all not really feeling like going to a play. We went anyways and we were all REALLY happy we did! It was great!!! It was Cinderella by Roger's and Hammerstein, so good! We loved it so much we got the movie from Netflix and are watching it tonight!!! Some pics from the show!
Waiting for the show to start:
The slipper fits!!!
On Sunday, I had an interesting food adventure. Alyssa got me to eat a flower with my salad....I know...weird! It was a edible one, and it actually just tasted like salad. Strange.... After watching Cinderella and being all dressed up the night before, we went to Wendy's after church on Sunday and I got a double stack cheeseburger! hehe....sounds so not-Princess-like. Oh well, I mean really, two of those patty's count for one home made one, they are so tiny!
On Friday (my Birthday!!), we (Singles of our church) are leaving for Washington D.C. for the Leadership Training Institute of America! I'm very excited, but also nervous, we are having to do some things that are totally out of our comfort zones. I think it will be good though, a good learning and growing experience! Plus, my first visit to Washington D.C., so exciting!
I'm sure I will have lots of pictures to show from our trip!!
P.S. The week after we get back from our trip, we are moving! Is that scary or what?!?!
Really I love that photo of you tossing the rose peatals!!!
