What's for Dinner

A little while ago I bought The Pioneer Woman Cookbook. I love it! I don't think I have made anything of her's that I don't like love! Here's what I made for dinner, from the cookbook of course :o)

    Mmmmm.....looks [and sounds] delicious.

    I should splurge and buy the cookbook. We have two of Paula Deen's cookbooks and haven't met a bad recipe yet, either!
